Airport shuttles - Public transportation:
Logan International Airport (BOS) is located 4.6 miles away.
Subway: The Silver Line of Boston's subway system South Station is nearby.
The Hyatt Regency Boston is located .4 miles from the service.
Taxis and Rideshares: Metered Taxis and rideshares are readily available for door-to-door service. Estimated current fares are $25-45 to/from Logan based on time of day and demand.
Hotel Parking:
Valet parking is available for hotel guests at $65 per 3-24 hours. Self- Parking: Hourly public parking is available in the garage adjacent to the hotel. The current rate is $41 for overnight parking.
Accessibility:
All public areas at the Hyatt Regency Hotel Boston are fully accessible with adaptable devices on request. Please let the conference planners know of any accessibility needs at the Registration Desk via email or 410-636-7030.
Dress Code and Weather:
Business Casual is appropriate for all NAA 2026 National Conference events. The weather in Boston during April is typically 58 to 38 F. Check current Temps here:
2026 NAA Conference Schedule:
The 2026 National Conference program hours begin on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 7:30 am EDT with breakfast. The first session begins at 8:30 am and ends with the Welcome Reception at 6:30 pm EDT.
On Tuesday, April 28, 2026, the conference will begin at 7:30 am EST with breakfast and end by 4:00 pm EDT.
Continuing education credits:
This program is Approved by the National Association of Social Workers (Approval # 886956667-8975) for 6 continuing education contact hours. Please sign in and sign out after each CE approved session to receive NASW credits. You will also be required to complete the Program Evaluation Survey, post event.
Workshop presenters’ logistics:
NAA provides a projector, a screen, and dongle for your workshop. We recommend you bring your own laptop, adapters, and your presentation backed up on a thumb drive. Arrive in your workshop room 10-15 minutes in advance to test your equipment; the NAA Conference Staff and Hotel AV will check in to troubleshoot.
Keynote Speaker, Panelist, Awardee and Volunteer logistics:
Pick up your Speaker/ Volunteer Logistics Folder at the NAA Registration Desk to check your Walk though times, location and instructions. NAA will provide all your AV needs. We recommend you bring your presentation backed up on a thumb drive.
Free internet connection:

NAA 2026 Mobile APP:
The NAA 2026 Mobile App is available via email Invitation on the SCHED platform. You should have received an email invitation and instructions. Conference Meals:
Monday, April 27 from 7:30am - 8:30am Continental Breakfast, Lunch on your Own, and at 5:00 pm our Membership Reception with Hors d'oeuvres and drinks.
Tuesday, April 28, 2026, from 7:30am - 8:30am Continental breakfast and from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm the NAA Awards Luncheon.

Exhibit table schedule:
Exhibits at the National Adoption Conference will be open throughout the day on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 7:30am – Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 3:45 pm. Exhibit tables will be located inside our General Session/ Meal space room.
