About me
Marie Noonan, MSW, is a child welfare leader with more than 25 years of experience in state government, committed to strengthening outcomes for children, youth, and families, by valuing both lived experience and the child welfare workforce. Throughout her career, she has held a range of leadership and management roles and currently serves as the Director for the New Hampshire Division for Children, Youth and Families. Through this role, Marie continues to lead with a focus on workforce stability, authentic partnerships, and creating lasting system improvement.
Marie brings expertise in child protection and policy development with a strong commitment to trauma-informed and family-centered practice. Marie holds a Master’s degree in social work from the University of New Hampshire.
