Lanecia Radcliff is a passionate child welfare professional with over 25 years of experience. Ms. Radcliff now works as the NAA National Director of the Ujima Collective. Ms. Radcliff is a certified case manager, a volunteer for Guardian Ad Litem and advocates for children to stay in their families and communities of origin. Ms. Radcliff is also a member of the ACLU and the Florida Rising organization, and campaigning for criminal justice reform and housing justice for marginalized communities in Broward County, Florida. Ms. Radcliff was the recipient of the Lillian Brooks Lansberry Award for adoption in 2011, recognition from the Governor of Florida in 2013 and Employee of the Quarter at Citrus FCN. Ms. Radcliff has partnered with community leaders to recruit families for children most impacted by the foster care system as well as promoting mentorship of youth in foster care.
